Website Terms of Service for PathReader

1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the pathreader.ai website (the “Website”). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms or the Privacy Policy, you must discontinue use of the Website immediately.
Your continued use of the Website constitutes your acknowledgment that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety.
2. Description of Website
The website located at pathreader.ai (the “Website”) is an informational marketing website owned and operated by PathReader AI LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“PathReader,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). The Website provides general information about PathReader’s deterministic policy compliance products and services for AI agents in regulated industries.
The Website does not provide access to the PathReader platform or API. Access to and use of the PathReader platform, API, and related services are governed exclusively by a separate Master SaaS/API Subscription Agreement between PathReader and the applicable subscribing entity.
3. Permitted Use and Prohibited Conduct
- Permitted Use. PathReader grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to access and browse the Website for lawful, informational purposes, subject to these Terms.

Prohibited Conduct. You agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, or use any automated means to collect data or content from the Website;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Website, its servers, or related systems;
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation, security, or performance of the Website;
- Use any content obtained from the Website for competitive analysis or benchmarking;
- Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Website content except as expressly permitted herein;
- Use the Website for any purpose that violates applicable law or regulation.
4. Intellectual Property
All content displayed on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, images, and other materials, is the property of PathReader or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Any information You submit through the briefing request form on the Website or by contacting hello@pathreader.ai will be collected, used, and processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
You acknowledge that any unsolicited ideas, feedback, suggestions, or other materials You submit to PathReader through the Website or via email carry no expectation of confidentiality or compensation, unless a separate written non-disclosure agreement is in effect between You and PathReader. PathReader will have no obligation with respect to such unsolicited submissions.

The Website may contain hyperlinks to websites operated by third parties. PathReader does not control, endorse, or assume any responsibility for the content, products, services, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party website.

PathReader does not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components, or that any content is accurate, complete, or current.
All informational content displayed on the Website is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, compliance, regulatory, or other professional advice. 8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PATHREADER AI LLC, ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE WEBSITE, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY. IN NO EVENT WILL THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF PATHREADER FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PathReader and its officers, members, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Indemnified Parties”) from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your misuse of the Website; or (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation in connection with your use of the Website.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Washington. Each party consents to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waives any objection based on inconvenient forum or lack of jurisdiction.
11. Changes to These Terms
PathReader reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time in its sole discretion. When changes are made, PathReader will update the effective date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the Website following the posting of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue all use of the Website.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability will not affect any other provision of these Terms. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the parties agree that any invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to render it valid and enforceable while preserving the original intent of the parties.
13. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the user and PathReader with respect to access to and use of the pathreader.ai website. These Terms supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, and representations, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter hereof.
For the avoidance of doubt, use of the PathReader platform or API is not governed by these Terms and is subject exclusively to a separate Master SaaS/API Subscription Agreement between the parties.
